Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items require an estimated 8–10 weeks for processing and shipping. This timeframe begins on the date the order is placed, unless otherwise communicated in writing. Timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Hyperbaric Chambers

Hyperbaric chambers are made to order and require approximately 10 weeks to ship. This timeline begins on the first business day following the date of purchase. Production and delivery timeframes may vary due to the custom nature of the product.

General Shipping Terms

  • All shipping timelines provided are approximate estimates and are subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

  • Recoop Wellness is not liable for any delays, damages, or non-deliveries caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Customs processing

    • International affairs

    • Changes in international trade policy

    • Government regulations

    • Acts of God or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, port congestion, or transportation disruptions)

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to be available for delivery.

  • Additional storage, return shipping, or redelivery costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.
